I was doing really well for a while subbing Arnold Palmers (made with Stevia to replace some of the sugar) for soda, but have fallen off the wagon and am back to having one can almost every day.
Dammit!
Not bad not bad... I'll have to remember to try that.
There's the Shirley Temple as well. Clean not dirty.. I'm not crazy about ginger ale, I think I had it with lemon lime and liked it.
Mix up gallon Ohio
I asked the doc what it is that makes it so bad for you, and specifically asked if it was the carbonation. She told me it's the caffeine, because it acts as a diuretic.
Soooo.... when I was at Macey's last night, I saw some caffeine free Dr. Pepper, lol. I naturally got some.
Yep, quote -
Caffeine found in coffee, tea, soda and foods can also place a strain on your kidneys. Caffeine is a stimulant that can cause increased blood flow, blood pressure and stress on the kidneys. Excessive caffeine intake has also been linked to kidney stones.
According to the American Kidney Fund, a recent study suggests that drinking two or more carbonated sodas, diet or regular, each day may increase your risk for chronic kidney disease. Carbonated and energy drinks have both been linked to the formation of stones.
I may be upgrading my 450 Grizzly to a 700 today. Posted last evening...
Both are 2008's, and I can swap over my new(er) wheels/tires, lighting, etc. From mine to the 700. Hoping to talk him down a little and get close to $4K for mine. Not sure about that, but I do know the 700 won't last long on the market around here.
Nice and quite a bit more power.. Bet that would be beyond handy lol.
I started Losartan the day before all of this BS started happening. I check all 4 of these boxes. This makes sense why it's worse in the morning.
I woke up feeling better than I did yesterday, so I got ready (which included taking Losartan) and about 45 minutes later, back pain is back... sneezing again. And cycling back and forth between a stuffy and runny nose. Eff this, I'll take slightly high blood pressure over this.

Damn Noobs, that's some deep shiznit in that video. I feel like I need to get patted down and searched after learning all of that.
Brew.... that racoon definitely got into grandpa's alka seltzer.
Anddddddd.... I am a total and complete idiot. I went about replacing the compressor pulley on the Explorer today. Let's just say that things go much better if you remove the circlip holding it in place. New compressor on the way.
But.... at least my day isn't this bad. This was at the Walmart service center this morning.
