I wouldn't trust the device you're using.

195 series has been spec for old Fords for ALA I can remeber and a 190 is actually part of that series.. Throw a 180 in there and see why....pretty sure I already mentioned they go nutso..freak out. Vidjo tape if you do.

It wouldn't if you've never heard/seen him go off. Or know what a pressure cooker is.

That was a waste..I'll never get Brisket from Walmart again. Totally gross, fat all through the meat. How do they mess up that bad ? I'll go the 10 more miles to Kroger.

The best place to buy brisket, other than a real butcher, is Costco. They often have prime briskets for the price of Choice anywhere else.

My MIL bought me a Wagyu brisket for Christmas. Let me tell you, while I'd never spend the money for one, there is nothing else like it.

Also, cooking brisket in a crock pot is a crime against nature.

Thanks for the info CO!

Yeah, lesson learned, it was my second from Walmart, first one was alright. Usually get the meats from Kroger.

This was from a few years ago. I wish I'd taken a video of that Wagyu... a river of succulence issued forth when I pressed on that one.
