Looks like the Explorer needs a new shift motor.... or, maybe I need to take it apart and rebuild it.

Do you have the classic leak down onto the starter? Just wondering if that is what you're trying to research.

So, it has been a year since I brought home my F150. It ran SO bad on that drive home. A few months of work and she was road worthy. EGR replaced, Plugs, wires, coils, Plenum cleaned, Idler pulley, belt, fan and clutch,o2 Sensors, shocks and tires, Painted the rims and bumper, threw a flowmaster on, she drives great (Aside from the oil leak). Love this pickup. Stil have some things to do, like the thermostat, finish exhaust, electric fan. Cannot wait for 2025!
