Trying to recall where the O2's connect up. I had the engine harness on the bench, the O2's were part of it but I think just the upstreams are, -downstreams connect through another connector. Crap I can't recall now. I modified the 02 harness, just the upsteams. Replaced that part of the harness from pin to pin adding an additional 14" to the harness. That was so they reached the long tube header O2 bungs without splicing or having to incorporate extensions. Was going for one solid harness.
There was almost 250,000 miles on the truck then, 18-22 gauge harness wires frayed and severed inside the insulation in the engine harness. Coil and injector wires were part of the upgrade, bumped up to 12 gauge pin to pin.
Had to learn B crimp terminations for Ford pins. The worst kind of crimp to make,- as luck has to be onside lol. They have better crimpers for those now.
Early on, I added more protection to the engine compartment....to keep it clean/protection from the elements since it was my dd. Pretty sure that had something to do with the wiring harness drying out and smaller wires coming apart inside the insulation. Not enough air circulation and added heat from the extra protection around the engine compartment did them in prematurely I expect.
Anyway, nope it's 29....yea right lol

I should of invested heavily in Fluid Film, - the 98 would of been in much better shape today I expect.

I'm not too sure what the hell is going on here.... but I can't get to the next page (1651) on the thread. I am posting this in an attempt to force my way to 1651, because 1650 just reloads when I click on page 1651....
Wish me luck!
EDIT: IT WORKED!
I don't know what the hell that was all about.

Damn the luck. My GF in North Pole works on Eielson AFB and today a co-worker came down with covid. She is all worried, crying etc. She could be considered a high risk person. I've tried to comfort her. No luck. She wants me up there. I don't know why that would make sense. Why would she want me to go into a hot spot? Am I thinking off, or am I right. This is bugging me right now.

If I was were she is right now, I personally wouldn't ask that of nobody....let alone someone I cared about. I don't know man, somethings not right with that imo.

She might be afraid, and not realize what she's asking. Not sure, I expect you have a tough conversation ahead AK...I hope she understands vs take offense or get hurt.
