Default thinkin about gettin a lightning or davidson version

looking into getting a new driver and I really like the looks of the lightnings and harley davidsons so I think I might go with one of those...

just wanting to see your guys opinions on these trucks?

and is there any major problems that you guys had with your trucks that I should look out for?

I know that the coil pack or somethin like that are a PITA to change..thats pretty much all I know

any help is appreciated

Coil packs are PITA on any F150 lol. but if you dont mind scraped knuckles you can save a couple hundred in labor doing it yourself. i changed two on my 03FX4 in 30 mins. one was all the way in the back toward firewall.

I would prefer HD just because i need room for me my wife and a carseat....

common problems are blown out spark plugs, bad coil packs, bad IAC, and a few more

Lightning's are bad *** trucks, just keep in mind with a supercharged engine you are going to spend more on repairs. Before you buy any supercharged car/truck you need to compression test the engine to make sure you have sufficient compression. Some people swap pullies to add more boost without tuning the truck, then the engine suffers greatly. If the engine compression is good then you at least know the engine is healthy.
