Theft mode
It could be failing to read the keys embedded chip code. This can be caused by a bad transceiver ring, or another failure in the PATS system. Rarely it can be caused by a bad key. Does this happen for all of your keys or just one?

The code tells you very little you can use for trouble shooting.
Turn the ignition to On only and wait a minute or two.
Watch the light for flashing a two digit code.
It will repeat several times. What do you see?

A dying or dead battery can do it..at least it did me...I didn't think the battery was that bad but the mechanic replaced it and it's worked fine ever since. I know there are lots of other things it could be...that's just my story.
Thanks for the info. The battery had to be replaced. But still in a no start condition. I'm hoping we have tracked the issue to some bad wiring starting from the steering column. Hopefully this week everything goes well and we can get it fired up
