Default Theft Light Issue? Help Please

Alright guys, my truck was dead so i put it in neutral and rolled it back next to my brothers truck for a jump. I was on a hill and my brakes flat out didnt workand i rolled down into my neighbors yard. Lol. Now my theft light is blinking and wont stop and my truck wont jump. I dont know if there is any further electrical problems or maybe i screwed something up. Never had this problem before with a theft light. Yes i got my battery tested. It tested 100%. Any help would be appreciated.

Our trucks have a chipped key as you may know, and you might have not set it off but it sounds like that's what happened. When the computer detects a problem it will shut the whole system down for safety and it basically won't let you start the truck or do anything as it is in panic mode.

Mine had the same problem, it turned out my negative battery cable was bad and had to change it. When it would act up I had to reset the key. This is how I reset it.
1) disconnect the the negative battery cable for about a minute or so then reconnect it.
2) turn the key to the run position and leave it there for 10 seconds, then turn the key to the off position. Do this 3 times.
3) on the fourth time try to start it.
You may need to do this a few times before it works, but it will work. Keep a wrench in your glove box for the battery. This problem happened to me all the time. So be ready to do this often. Good luck

All i did was disconnect the battery for a lil bit, connect jumper cables to make sure the battery wasnt dead, and started it up and let it run. I was using my spare key when it happened the first time and i have heard that using a spare key could cause it too. I used my actual key the second time and it worked fine. Havent had a problem since.
