Default tcase swap question

Ok guys i drive a 97 f150 xtended cab with a 4.6 and a auto tranny. I ditched the eshift transfercase and put in a manual shift from a 99 f150. Everything but my 4x4 worked before the swap but now ive swapped everything out my speedo is way out of wack. When im doing 40 my speedo is pegged and i got no cruise. I noticed the sensor on the tcase (oss sensor) i think it is called is different than the one in my 97 case. Could this be the reason my speedos outa wack? Throwing a p0500 code as well. Sorry for the rambling post im just outa ideas. Thanks guys

The 97 is gear driven the 99 is magnetic pulse, got all the stuff off the 97 but cant the the metal piece that sets the magnet off, off of the 99 output shaft.

Easy fix if you are "good with physics and electronics" or you can run your signal wire from the rear axle and recalibrate the PCM

Or rewire with a capacity to show a different magnetic wave to the PCM pin
