So i tinted my tail lights and got stoped last night i dont want to take the tint off but was wondering if there was a brighter bulb or something i could get???

my brother also did the same thing but he also is running a recon tailgate bar that is wired in with tails, brakes, turn, and reverse

yea post some pics i tinted mine too almost a year ago and havent gotten stopped yet (knock on wood) but mine light up fine at night? unless u completely limo'd them out they should be good...

 

yeah i had though about getting one of the light bars. But here they are!


I also tinted the 3rd brake light and my fog lights but have headlight covers. Heres the front

 

how many coats is that.... i mean i did that and mine were at the point where u couldnt see my brake lights... sooo i took brake parts cleaner wiped it off and re did them and they`re black but light up nice... i did 3 heavy coats the first time.. this last time i did them on the truck and taped it alllll off and did light coats till i was happy

 

They sell black tailights that are DOT approved on Ebay for about 50.00 a pair.
