Default T bar problem

So I cranked up the t bars a while ago, only the driver side leveled out and passenger side has not lifted.. I cranked the passenger bolt all the way until about two threads left.. And the driver side bolt was only cranked about half way. Any help? Thanks

I would normally disagree, but since its the passenger side that makes sense. I work think the drivers side would be worn out first since it is originally cranked tighter to compensate for the weight of the driver and gas tank
