system lean

got a cel on my 98 5.4 and its for system lean bank 1 and 2 i think its fuel filter where is it located and how difficult is it to change

could be a leaking vacuum line or dirty maf sensor also

a good ear, a good eye, or spray carb cleaner over possible areas.. including where the intake manifold gasket is

what do you listin for is it a distinced sound and wiull i hear it over the fan?

listen for a hissing sound you should be able to hear it if it is big enough... does your car run a low idle or feel like its about to stall when you give it a little gas

yeah its gona be hard to hear it, forgot about the semi truck fan noise lol.. just spray cleaner. it will be easier and quicker. pay attention to engine idle change.
