So I purchased a 1998 F150 about a year ago that has ~150k on it and came with a 6" lift kit installed.
The lift kit has seen some serious miles and its making noise on the left hand side.
My question is is there any maintenance I can do or oem replacement parts I can get to improve the life of my suspension or should I just replace the entire kit?
i know this is a hard question to answer based on pictures. I'm going to try and take better ones later but from what I can tell every boot is torn and every bushing is severely worn. Also if you can tell by the picture what I think is the Final Drive and the Inner Constant Velocity Joint have play or can be disconnect easily. Not sure if that's suppose to happen.
Any help is welcome. Thanks.

Something is seriously hacked here, those are NOT 6" lift sway bar links. Not AT ALL it looks cranked to the absolute max on the front end
Yeah this is my first lifted vehicle so I'm not familiar with what goes with lifting your truck but things didn't seem to be right.
I rather not take it to a shop and have them want to replace everything unless I have to. If it's things I can replace I would rather do that but if it's totally jacked up I don't have much of a choice. Just hard justifying spending thousands on suspension parts and labor for a truck that may or may not last me another 75k or so.

First thing you need to do is loosen the torsion bar adjustment bolts, or at least post a picture of the torsion bar keys so we can tell if they're aftermarket. This is what a 6" front lift should look like. Look how much longer my sway bar link is.
The purpose of a lift kit is to drop the front differential to maintain reasonable CV joint angles and front end geometry. I don't see that you have a lift kit installed it looks like somebody just crank the hell out the torsion bars?
If you don't change anything the same things going to happen again even if you replace parts...
Uh is this where the torsion bar key is suppose to be?
This truck does not have a suspension lift installed, there is no front crossmember drop. Look up adjusting the torsion bars, because yours are cranked way to high.
