Default Supercharger

Will the super charger for the plastic intake 5.4 work for the older non pi heads without having to change the heads. I have a guy trying to sell me a full setup off a lightning because he is converting to turbo. I do not want to do internal motor work till I get a new block

Why would anyone go from a supercharger to a turbo? Turbo's have spool times and are higher maintenance. You should be careful and check out the whole set up before buying.

The turbo route is far better that the stock eaton or a twin screw IMO. More boost with cooler IAT's and you aren't pulling power to run the blower

Also it won't work unless you address the coolant passages in the heads. They are slightly different from the non-pi to pi heads

I would switch to the Pi heads and upgrade the internals and have a built engine and the super charger then smoke all those 5.3 and 5.7 *****s haha ford for life

Don't think so. Why not just use the lightning intake manifold and make life easier? The rest bolts on.
