Default Subwoofer help for a 03 ext cab

Looking to put a sub under my rear seat. Will a 12" stick out? Or should I stick with a 10"?
Also anyone know how much depth there is? Do I need a shallow mount or can I get away with one that has a 5" mounting depth?

I have 2 12" kickers under my rear seat and it doesn't take away any leg room!

Yeah but you have sacrificed head room. I dont understand the whole lifting the seat.

Yeah that's why I'm looking at going with a shallow mount, its killing me to decide between a 10" and a 12" lol

I've rode in the back since then, you I'm 5'11" and I couldn't tell a difference at all, it's only lifted 2 inches

What box did you use? I've been looking for a box for 2 10s or12s. Not sure yet. I have a 2000 ext cab.

Look up impulsecaraudio they have boxs designed to fit back there and hold 2 10s ... Maybe 2 12s
