Front is 6x8 and back is 6x8 pretty sure it's been a few years though you can also make 6x9s fit which is a little easier of a size to get a deal on ; )

For the most part yes I believe there is 1 screw behind the little panel that's behind your inside door handle

the pillar pannel on the back side of the door that is attached to the door pops off, then pop the cover that is around the door handel off, then take the map light cover off and pull the bulb out, then pop the power windows/lock pannel off (pop it at the front and pull it out torwards front of the truck) then undo the connections on back of that pannel, then there are 2 screws, one by the door handel and one up by the pillar. then just lift up and undo the light socket from the back of the map light and your done.

my recomendation for speakers would have to be the 5x7/6x8 alpine type s. they're not extremely cheap, but they aren't over priced either, and the sound quality is TOP NOTCH. they are very clear, and if you ever decide to do a serious sound system, they can handle enough power to run a small amp to them and really tune'em in.
