Im currently making my own box for under my seat it will fit 1 twelve inch sub. But you can buy premade boxes off the internet that you dont need a lift for but your gonna need a shallow mount sub if you buy one of those boxes.

i was thinking of doin that but they dont sound too good . i dont kno if you have a front bench seat or center console cause if you do i would reccomend you remove it and have a box made and put a sub and actually sounds good

yea just like the other guy said shallow mounts would be a good idea. one of my friends bought one of them premade boxes for his silverado and put two 10 inch type r's and actually did not sound bad though my two 10 inch pioneer subs were so much louder and only paid 50 bucks per sub though i had a huge box over my rear seat.

I have a shallow mount kicker cvt and the box doesnt fix under my seat! The bottom of the box is too fat.

I went through the whole process of measuring and preparing to make a custom box for under the back seat of my extended cab, but instead I went the cheap and easy route and bought a cheap 10" single sub box from Wal-Mart and just widened the opening to fit my 12" MTX and the box itself fits pretty well in the middle of the rear floor area. It's not really in the way even with my two young kids moving around back there. The sound is still impressive, it doesn't have as deep of bass like if it were in a box made for a 12", but still hits pretty hard and sounds good. It's perfect for what I wanted for my truck.

Thnks guys, i think im just going to put it in front of the seat. making the box is to much effort for a little bass. and its a very small area under there so ill just keep it in the box its in for a harder hit

Actually the boxes made for under the seat will accept a normal depth mounted sub.
