Is there a way to make the dome light not come on when the doors open? Getting LEDs wired today and want them to only be on when I have the doors open or I can have the dome light come on.

Yes, there is a way and in your question you said your "Getting LEDs wired". So have whoever is wiring them modify your roller switch on the dash or install a switch that breaks connection inline from the light down to the dash or wherever you choose, simple...
