Unhappy stock HU removable?

I found this kit that Would work with my stock system so I can use my ipod and charge it too. Although It doesnt say how to remove the HU. I know it has the anti-theft stuff so how do i get it out to make sure it has the right hookups? please help! Im sure atleast one person out there has done it before.

there are 2 little holes on each side of the factory radio. you either need the special radio removal tool which is like $5 at walmart, or you can do like i did and bend a wire coat hanger

You wanna use something that's like a coat hanger if not a little bigger... And it needs to be stiff... Yes it will slide right back in... Like green said you got to have patience...

i think i know the kit your talking about. i bought one on ebay to use in my lightning (wanted to keep matching lights on the dash). does it replace the CD changerwiring harness? if it's like mine, the install was simple.
