Default Steering squeel

For about two years now my truck has been making a very annoying squeel/squeak when turning the wheel. When I replaced all four ball joints about a 1.5 years ago it went away but come back right from about 5 mins of having some fun in the mud. The new ball joints are greasable and I grease them about every 6 months but it still squeaks so I'm starting to think they are coming from somewhere else. Tie Rods maybe?

if yours only squeels at full turn im guessing that's your actual pump? The belt would squeel all the time I would imagine

Mine was squeaking from the pitman arm. I used a needle fitting for my grease gun and punctured the boot because there was no grease fitting. It went away by the next day and has been fine for over 2 years now.
