steering components with a lift kit

i want to put a 4 or 5 inch lift on my 2000 f150 lariat but i look at all the stuff that comes with it and it doesnt say it comes with a pitman arm so i was wondering if i need one or not

They may not come with an extended pitman arm, but might extent the knuckles so that the steering geometry stays the same.
