Saw a solenoid looking thing with a code on it YL3F-AC, is this keeping fuel from getting to engine?
Ummm that is not cool...definitly screwed up the PATS.

Not sure junkyard digging is going to work. The receiver that reads the key in in the column but the PATS system in in the computer. You will need to repair any damage to the receiver at the column and since you have no keys the dealer or a a capable locksmith will need to cut and program new keys to work with your system.

If it starts with fluid its definitly PATS screwing up.

Had a truck here with a broken chip key and it would start briefly with starter fluid. Neighbor ended up forking 1300$ CAD to have a new PATS installed and matched with ECU since he didnt have a good key left to clone it.

Ford did the work.

Might want to lay-off on the starting fluid, - since it's never needed anyway.

You'll melt the IAC plunger ring as well as the TPS ribbon. It doesn't take much.. The TPS ribbon is very thin, that would be the first to go.

You should want to stop screwing things up at some point right ?? Well, at least you came here. That was a smart move...these guys will fix you up.

It may be cheaper to buy a tuner and have the tune set up to bypass PATS.
