Default Start up Problems

It started on Saturday, all of a sudden it sounds like it doesn't want to start. Haven't had any problems before Saturday, but it did rain hard most of the day on Friday. Rain has never given me any problems though. And the battery is brand new. Please watch the vid and tell me what you think.

A little more info, Truck seems to drive fine, and hasn't not started yet. But whenever I start it up the stereo goes back to demo mode, as if the battery had been disconnected.

Alternator seems to be ok, volt meter read 14.2 when I started the engine. Serpentine belt is not loose. Any other ideas?

If i'm understanding correctly, what you have is misfires when it's raining? My first thought is a cracked ignition coil or bad plug wires. Moisture could have worked its way into the system overnight.
I can't explain the radio though.
