1998 ford f150 4.6

When i hit slight bumps or turn i hear a squeecking noise almost like a suspension or bushing even when i get out of my truck and its parked i can push down on the hood and hear the noise...i have been told it could be sway bar bushings, wheel bearings, or ball joints, suggestions anyone??

Have somebody push it down while you are underneath and can point it out.
