Gott's mod, there are hundreds of threads on it just search and you'll find it. Also not really a performance mod but the throttle cable adjustment can help with responsiveness.

Handheld flasher is good for a firm shift (if auto) and a few HP. E-Fan is worth a few MPG and HP, Free flowing exhaust to go with your intake...

You can port the throttle body, doesn't put any more power to the ground but makes a world of difference in throttle response.

What can you do to the cable?

Take and pull the gas pedal up. There will most likely be slack in the cable due to stretching. This causes the "dead" feeling when first pushing the pedal and at WOT because the throttle body doesn't fully open. Take a small zip tie and put it around the cable that sticks out when the pedal is pushed up. Cut the excess zip tie and enjoy.

not questioning that that works but how does that effect your throttle from opening all the way up?
