Does it squeak when in reverse and moving, when in reverse sitting still, or both?

While it is moving only, or does it do it when you are at a stop too?

Sounds like u-joint to me. The ONLY way to properly check a u-joint is to pull the driveshaft out of the truck. Wiggling it in the truck does not always tell you the story.

Yep that's how it was for me. Driving in gear, it would squeak. Pop in neutral while I'm moving it would go away. Was the rear ujoint.
