Default Sputter/Tick sound when quick accelerating

Everytime I get on it a semi high pitched sputter/tick sound is comin from either under the dash or hood on the driver side. Can't really locate it exactly but its really annoying and needs to be fixed lol Anybody have any suggestions? I'll try to get a video of it today or tomorrow and post it up

That's the same figure its the exhaust. Fit your hand in there when you first start the truck should be able to feel the leaking air. Only bad thing is only have about a minute or two to find it before it gets hot enough to burn you. That's how I found that noise on my dads 05
