Default Spring Compressor?

Hello everyone. I'm pretty new to this forum, but I read it occasionally. I'm hoping someone can help me out with this. I want to install some coil spacers to level out my 04' Heritage. I just had a quick question before I bought anything:

Will I need a spring compressor to install 1.5" polyurethane spacers? I'm looking at buying these ones from Daystar:

Thanks for the help!

I think you can do it with or without it, but Ive heard it makes it a lot easier. And Im pretty sure you can rent one for free or a very low price from advance or autozone.
