Default Spark plugs

What would be the recommended plugs for a ,2003 4.6 liter engine. I looked on line for auto lite and see several different ones.

Looks like you need a Owners manual, -

Best plugs for these motors. Do not use anti-seize with these plugs, and torque them to 28 foot pounds dry.

No problem. If there's been a part number change, it'll usually come up after punching the original in. The OM is best place to start.
