'06, eh? Hope it's not as hard to do as my '02 was (hey, tackle, I finally did them!). I'd get the same kind that came from Ford when new. They're good plugs.

The have the spark plugs recommended for your Truck in the owners manual. They also have the fuel filter, oil filter, air filter, and a few other maintenance parts.

Time to wake this thread back up I need as many of you smart fellers to explain how to change the plugs in a 03 5.4 like anti seize and torque specs and that they don't break off. ( in case my dad decides I'm doing it wrong ) because he thinks they are all 3v's and break off. And that 28-32 LB FT. Of torque isn't way too tight and that the SP-479's have nickel plated threads so they won't corrode to the aluminum heads.

28-32Ft/lbs per Ford TSB. SP-479 or NGK/Denso Iridium's as far as plugs go. 2v's dont have plugs that break.
