Do you have an owners manual? That tells you everything that you need to change and when you need to change it.

You shoulda changed them like 60,000 miles ago dude lol. My chilton book says to change them every 60,000 but you can go to 80,000-90,000 and be fine as long as you change them soon after. 100,000 miles is really pushin it, im surprised you havent had any misfires or anything with that many miles on the stock plugs

When I got my truck it had 165000 on it with the original plugs, it was missfireing like crazy, went to ammco they wanted $400 to change the plugs. So I decided to do them myself. The first plug I pulled out wasnt even the one giving me problems and this is what it looked like

I think it would be best for the motor to change everything before things go bad, not after.
