What do you need to know? Unplug and remove coil pack, take out spark plug, replace with new plug, preferably replace with new coil while your at it.

Torque plugs to 28 ft/lb to avoid a future blowout. It's pretty straight forward. Lots of different extensions and swivel head ratchets help. Strong pen magnet comes in very handy to pick out the cop bolts you will drop. Take off intake. Use dielectric grease on inside of coil boot to combat moisture. And lots of patience! Will tale you a few hours. Just did mine this last weekend. No reason to replace the cops if they are not bad. But I highly recommend replacing the boots. Rock auto has good prices.

If you want them to loosen up and blow out the head, yes 14 is recommended. The new recommended is 28 with NO anti seize. Still a possibility but greatly reduced.
