literally just got back from the local oriellys, its 62 for each axle shaft, 30 for a universal boot... my drivers side is ripped to hell...

Dont replace the boot. You will never get the joint clean enough, and its a pain in the butt to get the grease in. Just buy a rebuilt one and replace them. Plus there is no telling what got in there since the boot broke.

Yea i know, i would never replace a boot.. just saying that you CAN buy them haha

Lol and I'm guessing the grease is already in the assembly?
So is there any reason why it popped like it did ? Maybe over stretched or something ?

I would asume they come greased... But idk on that, as far as tearing alot of things can happen. Mine tore just because of old age and wear

My father 5 years ago before he passed always told me don't use the 4x4 something is f up about it after a crash hmm
Maybe I should replace internal parts of the diff ?
