Default A sneak preview...

Redoing the entire interior over Xmas break.

New:

1) speakers
2) double din(pioneer avhx2800)
3) carpet.
4) headliner
5) visors
6) changing any/all lights to LED (red)
7) changing all plastics to black
8) prob some other stuff I'm missing this late at night and this many in.

Wife told me I had to get a truck with a back seat for the kids due in a few years. So I went from a 1994 ranger to a 2003 screw lariat.

Bought it with a blown motor, so I rebuilt the motor and all new internals (stock). Then found out the SOB lied and the tranny was shot...I mean...nothing...in any gear. So after rebuilding it twice it puts like a dream.

So new drivetrain. But the interior was disgusting. The carpet was so crusty in areas it prob would break loose with a hammer.

Sorry, not really any before photos.

Save yourself the hassle and do pure white LEDs. Red will no only give you a poor light output but be distracting and obnoxious while driving.

Oh yea, I've also installed new:

1) upper control arms
2) all other ball joints
3) all tie rods
4) idler arm
5) pitman arm
6) front shocks
7) lightning lens/blinker (wow, an amazing difference!!)

Mostly all moog products.

Oh, and brand new 285 mud tires.

Hopefully the "do it right the first time" motto works out and this truck last me a very long time!

I actually want low output. I picked red because its more friendly at night. It has a lower overall output than other colors.

Hopefully it's not distracting. I figured it'd be less distracting than a bright *** blue. But, never know til I light it up.
