To update everybody, the u joints are shot. On the way home from work tonight it did the whistle in 2nd for a split second coming out of the parking lot when I hit the gas. Then they started the banging and clunking, and vibrating like hell. Shifts are still perfect though, so its not in the tranny. There is a lot of play in the joints themselves. So first thing in the morning I'll be swapping both on the rear drive shaft.

I have an sct tuner and my pressures are all the way up and I don't have violent shifts or slippage. I kind of wish it would shift a little harder actually

I finally found the S.O.B! Replaced the u-joints yesterday. Thought I had the problem solved. Leave work last night, whistling was back. Well today after work I figured I'd clean the throttle body and the IAC valve, and check for vacuum leaks. Found that the throttle body had never been cleaned nor taken off. Anyways, no vacuum leaks on the engine. I decided to start checking the front u-joints. I look at the hog head on the front axle, whaya know? 3 vacuum lines just hangin there. Plugged em up, noise is completely gone. So it just happened to be a coincidence that it showed its face the day I played with the shift pressure.
