Default Shift kit

Anybody have any knowledge on these? Any improvement? Another question, do mustang engine parts for a 4.6 fit on a 5.4 f150?

Turning up your shift firmness on a programmer is easier and reversible and does the exact same thing.

from what ive read that is untrue because it just makes the pump work harder as where a valve body will open up the holes more and let it flow and cool better

As far as I know, that kit (or something similar) is the only option. If u find something better post it up I'm sure others would be interested too. What is your goal with a new valve body?
