Default Service engine light AGAIN

Was on the way to a friends house and my truck started acting up like jumping and stuff ....like it did back at thanksgiving wen I had to replace a coil pack ....well I went back home and hooked a computer-scanner up to it and no codes ....so I drove to o'rielly cause I figured it was tge fuel filter, so I spent $12 on tht ..... Got home (dad was not currently home) and couldnt get the original fuel filter off (truck is almost 10 years old) .... So I went to moms to use her car to get my gf off work and as I was goin down the road my service engine light came on so I figured it was another coil :/ im sad ....and I have to drive my brothers truck to school in the morning ....and u kno how it is NOT driving ur own vehicle ...

gonna hook it up to the computer-scanner after school tomorrow and hopefully I dont have to spend another $56 for a freakin coil pack !!!!

I don't know much but last year I had a misfire in cylinder #4 usually after one misfire I was told another is common for some reason. Maybe just a coincidence but around 4 months later my engine light came back on....cylinder 6 and 7 this time. The coils are a pain with that. Like I said I don't know much I'm just sharing my experience. Sounds just like what happened when I got a misfire the second time.

PO351
Ignition Coil A ..primary/secondary circuit malfunction
PO301
Cylinder #1 misfire detected
