also I noticed on the new bolt I bought there are only threads on half of the bolt. So im guessing there are only a few threads left on the broken portion that's still in there. the rest of the bolt is a smooth sleeve that goes through the pin.

Or see if you can get a punch in there and tap it with a hammer around the Ez out as it might jar it loose, try not to booger up and threads. Keep the punch between the Ez and the bolt.

A dremel can also be used it you have a tip that fits.

Go into it with the mind set that you might have to spend all day on it, otherwise you'll get flustered quickly. Unless you have the money to tow it to a shop and have them do it.

Good luck.

I have free towing and a good shop I go to but im gonna give it another attempt tomorrow. If it doesn't workout ill have the shop mess with it. I need to drive it across the country in a couple weeks so if that's what it takes i'll suck it up and pay.

Drill it out, chase the threads with a tap, new bolt...

Tackle is right, go into it thinking it may take all day... don't rush this otherwise you will eff it up...

You can get the bolt out if you're really careful...

Stay centered, don't let the drill bit walk, start with a small bit and let it do the work otherwise you'll snap it...

I can't stress enough to make sure you are following the shaft of the bolt whilst drilling...

Once the pilot hole is drilled you can move on to a bit slightly smaller than the bolt and get the center pin out...

Take your time, be careful to stay centered, and you'll be golden...

If you walk off center, you'll be buying some parts... but know you can replace what you mess up... carrier or center pin... but you'd rather not...

I've built and setup many housings, you can do this... just take your time

As much as it pisses me off that I didn't get it out Im going to go ahead and have my shop do the bolt removal, seals, and bearings. My side job is pressuring me to finish a lot this week before I leave for my job up north and I cant afford to gamble not being able to get it out and my guy not having time to do it at that point before I have to leave. Thanks for the help guys im sure ill use most of this at some point down the road.
