Default Rustoleum bed liner

Wanting to spray bumpers, fender flares and about 6 or 8 inches up the side of the truck black. Was going to use plasti dip because ease of use and almost no prep work but am worried it will need touched up alot. I just want something more permanent I guess and more durable. What is the texture like with rust oleum spray bed liner and what is the prep work needed to do this... Anyone use this on there truck?

I've use the rustoleum bed liner spray on my rockers. For prep I sanded the paint to take to shine off an rough it up a bit. Masked off what I didn't want to spray and went to town. Used four costs. As for feel or texture. It feels like sand paper. As for cleanin I use power washer spray it off and comes clean and dries clean.

The rustoleum has a lot of texture, similar sandpaper, I used it on a friend's bed rail and a set of offroad lights and I was impressed about how even the the texture was.

It's dark so I'm not going to go out there and look but do you know if I can take them off when I spray and leave them off or are there holes back there behind them that will show

I think it's just clips behind them holding them on. You will probably have to pull your fender flares to get them off too judging by mine.

I took my fenders off and they are held only clips the only thing is you can't leave them off because the holes that the clips are in will stay there and looks bad. I used the roll on Bedliner.
