Rust Problem
I did alot of bondo work on my truck and the rust is starting to come through it and it is starting to get bubbles in the primer is there any way I can stop that before I get it painted without redoing everything.

No. That's what happens when you bondo over rust. You need to completely remove the rust, and beyond, and weld new metal in to do it right.
