I can't really say bout the overhead console. I don't have one I have a reg cab. And I believe it's called overhead console that is what I would call it lol. A far as a manual or video I didnt use either I studied it and started at it. The back plastic interior peices Are pretty much held in with those plastic clips. I broke sone so I gotta buy new ones. The doors there are three screws and the door panles lift up one screw to hold the window crank on an the another behind the door handle that little piece just pops off and the another behind the upper plastic piece on door that also just pops off. Remember I have a regular cab so this may be different for you. You can always check utube maybe someone there has posted a video how to. Or get a Haynes manual or o e of the custom interior manuals by Haynes I think it is. That may heelp also. Hope this helps a bit.
Hmm one screw holds the window crank in and the door panel one screw is behind the little cover that is behind door lever and third screw is on upper right corner under the trim piece that pulls off. My have diff location for urs though. I don't have any screws on lower par of door. Mine r middle and upper.
