As anyone seen that their truck is rusting out on the putter radiator supports? If u look underneath behind the front bumper u see the corners of the front radiator support. Ha anyone ever seen this or fixed it? Every truck I look at to buy has this same issue so I'm Leary to buy them. I live in Maine so the winter takes its toll

 

mine is totally rusted away... i plan on installing a new one in the next few weeks.. salt here in newfoundland takes its toll big time.

 

Where r u getting it from? Is it a bolt in or does it need to b welded? I assume it's the radiator support right?

 

Mine is rusted through on the drivers side has been since 09 when I got it so probly even longer I planned at some point in time to just weld some plates on it but still haven't gotten around to it

 

i'm getting one at a local junk yard... it has to be welded in. (Yup the rad support)
