Default RUNNING BOARDS, NERF bARS AND SLIDERS

Hey All,
so the wife is altitudenaly challenged. I just lifted the truck 2.5 inches. I was looking at the various types of help available to her, currently she uses this folding step stool thingy..
Is there a running board/Nerf bar/slider available that doesnt pierce the sheet metal when mounted?
My 2001 F150 SCREW does not have any appreciable rust and I would lke to keep it that way. Came up from New Mexico and now lives with us in Wisconsin.
What suggestions do you have.
I did tell the wife to hang by her ankles at night in the closet...
that did not go over too well.

Most running boards will utilize the factory mounting points that are already threaded in the rockers. I know I installed a set on my FIL's extended cab years ago that utilized factory mounting points.

I used TYGER Brand. I'm attaching some pictures for mounting, knowing mine is not a SCREW. Cost between 150-200 on Amazon.
