Default Routine Maintenance

I have a 2003 F-150 FX4. I am approaching 130k miles and was wondering if anyone had any advice on some routine things to have done (brakes, plugs & wires, fluids, filters, etc.).

Also, does anyone have any recommendations for side step bars? I don't know of many good brands without paying a fortune. All help would be appreciated!

As far as anything goes I would just do a large inspection of all parts. I would run the usual compression test, power balance test, antifreeze test, and others to check out all the fluids and engine. Don't replace anything unless you feel it needs it or it appears to need it. Some parts go for longer, and some parts don't go near as long. If you replace a lot of the parts though the truck may feel a little better because one bad plug can mess up an entire engine's performance.

Thanks for your advice.

Would you happen to know anything about brake work? I have a slight squeak when I come to a stop (not all times but sometimes) and I don't really know what that is indicating. My best guess would be to change the brake pads but not sure. I'm not a mechanic at heart.
