VHS to DVD
Hi guys just bought my truck here 02 screw lariat. Anyways it came with a stock video system only problem is its vhs. i wanted to know if its possible to change it to a dvd player. I dont wanna go tearing it apart yet so figured id ask see if anyone has dealt with this thanks.
It's doable, I would go down to a car audio place and get some insight and their opinions on it. I'm sure they could give you an idea of how hard it would be to replace it with a DVD player.
I wish I was more help, but it's doable.

lol vhs in a vehicle, only seen that in old conversion vans and suvs. But yea its doable, take it apart and look on the back to see if it uses rca cables by some odd chance, then it would be just as easy as plugging one it. But if its a harness like I think it probably is, search online, maybe there is an adaptor to switch the harness over. I don't know anything at all about stock vhs, so other than that talk to a dealer to see if they know or a local audio shop.
