Default Rough Idle

Alright yall... I'm stumped. My truck is running really rough at idle. I changed out the two vacuum hoses from the air intake, the two from the DPFE sensor, the PCV valve and hose with the elbow, new IAC, new gaskets on the throttle body EGR and IAC. Ive tried to spray carb cleaner and wd40 with no real change in idle other than the erratic mess I have going as is. The codes being thrown are for lean banks 1 & 2 and that my O2's banks 1 & 2 are reading lean. When I am accelerating I get a strange misfire type feel at 1500 rpm's but it only happens randomly and I am getting no misfires detected on my mode 6 data.

My question is where do I go from here? or is it time to take it in to a shop?

Is it doing this when cold or after it has reached operating temp?

It is much worse when its cold but half of the time at operating temperature the erratic idle will resurface

Are you running a custom tune on your truck? Sounds like a fuel delivery problem would be my second guess. Like a blocked injector or something. Pretty hard to diagnose it though without a code.

I was thinking about switching injectors to see what would happen. The only codes I'm getting are lean b1 and b2 and o2 lean b1 and b2

You could try cleaning your MAF with MAF cleaner (available at auto parts). change out the fuel filter, add a can of injector cleaner to your gas tank. If your air cleaner is dirty, change it out. All of this is low cost and good maintenance. You should also check out your EGR valve and make sure it is not stuck. good luck

Could be a clogged cat.

Could also be an intake manifold gasket

The fuel filter was changed less than 5k ago. The maf has been cleaned the right way. I've run injector cleaner the past two tanks and the only thing I have left is to change the egr valve. If that fixes it I will br happy as hell
