Liability only and deemed my fault "doesn't matter how fast they were going" (word for word what both insurance companies said) so no insurance help. As far as parts go was gonna get them cut from a spare cab at the local yard that surprisingly had absolutely no rust then bring him doors. Now I'm looking at I can buy the whole cab shell for 400 and swap it myself and roughly 200 for new doors need 3 and do a backyard paint job till I can afford to get a pro to do the whole truck. Money is tight and there's about 1500 or more in parts that I just put into the truck maybe a month before it happened

Huh, I didn't think you could get just PLPD insurance anymore. That sucks in this case.

Yea collision is expensive here as well. Only way to get around it is eliminate your agent right after acquiring it. You do that by calling the providers 800 number to cancel or switch explaining it's just too expensive here. They'll knock it it down drastically after that. Just went through that again with my daughter who likes to do things on her own without asking for help lol. Admirable yes, but so many take advantage. All said and done, same insurance, it's just costing her 45% less each month maintaining it. Yea insurance companies can get yuh, if you don't know this.

It really wasn't to too bad expensive honestly, we just got in a tight spot and started cutting corners. It was like 60 bucks extra a month. I'd gladly back pay the collision if they would say I still had it and cover to cost lol. Fat chance of that but it'd be nice

Not trying to derail, but how much do you guys pay for insurance!? I have full coverage on my 03 and it's like $30/month with a $500 deductible

My bill is $111.xx for
2015 durango full coverage
2003 f150 4x4 super crew full coverage
Renters insurance

All have a $500 deductible

Mine was 140 for full coverage on my screw f150 and liability only on a 4 door Mazda car
After taking off collision it was 78 a month. No previous accidents or tickets against insurance but about the cheapest around here that I found
