Riding rough
If you read my other post you'll under stand why. The bouncing is caused by your torsion bars because you cranked them too much, causing them to become stiffer and more bouncy than they need to be so it doesn't dampen the road as much as it should. This will also kill your front end components a lot faster than they should be because of the angles of the suspension, and not getting an alignment isn't helping either. You need to take a few cranks out of your torsion bars to get the measurement from the center of your wheel hub to the top of the wheel well to be below 24.25 inches.

I will definitely do that thank you
Just take your torsion bar to 24.25, and align it and you will not have a problem with bouncing. Do not make the mistake I did, do not drive without an alignment, I did that for about 100 miles, cupped my tires, 300 miles later, still cupped.
Well pretty sure I already drove it for 100 miles
