Check your front end. Including ball joints, inner and outter tie rods, pitman arm, and wheel bearings. If all of that looks solid, make sure you took your truck in for an alignment after all the mods you've done. If nothing above seems to be the problem, have fun living a bumpy life

It may be the shocks, how much lift in is the back? The front will be fine if you take it down to the 24.25" or what ever it is. Lower the front to the recommended max, and the front shocks will be good, the back shocks might need to be replaced depending how much lift you have back there.

No it's not necessarily your shocks. They probably play a small roll with the problem but if the measurement from the center of your wheelhub to the top center of the wheel well is more than 24.25" then you over cranked them. If that's the case then your truck will basically destroy the front end components constantly, causing you to need to continuously replace the parts.
