I see lots of threads about headlight, marker light and fog light improvements but nothing about back up or reverse lights. Mine suck, we spend a lot of time on narrow dark logging roads and it sucks trying to back up or turn around in the dark.

What do you guys do, light bars, spot lights, or just nut up and live with it?

Pods on the bumper. Necessary to back up with my 5% tint on all windows and 35 on the windshield lol

 

Tinting the windshield on a DD is one of the dumbest things a person can do.

That's what I'm looking for, What are POD's, where do I get them, how much are they? What did you do to the back up lights?

But in reality, it does wonders for the Texas summer heat and bright evening and morning sun. And you eventually get used to it. Especially at only 35%. It's next to nothing. The only time I can tell it's there is when I pull my window sticker back or roll down a window and compare.

Let's stay on track though.

 

Led pods. 2"x2". They have 6 diodes. Most reputable light seller will have them for 60-100 bucks a pair

They're led 3157 bulbs. About the same brightness as the stock bulbs they replaced. I'm not sure if the supercrews use the same bulbs as the single cabs and super cabs though.
