Default Replacing clutch packs. 9.75 diff

I'm rebuilding my rear end. I have the gears out if the housing on a work bench. My buddy and I made a tool out of washers, a bolt and a nut. But now how do I spin the spider gears to line in up to pull it apart. Any ideas?

Lay them in 180 degrees an use the center pin to get the spiders and shims started in the differential. Then use a brass hammer to tap them in. The last set i did for a guy i did them in the truck. I used the axleshafts to turn them once i inserted my speader to remove the tension off of the side gears.
